Gramercy Park Rochester offers seven floor plans, each waiting for your own individual tastes to be added. One benefit to life at Gramercy Park is that you can make your home your own with updates fitted to meet your needs.
There are two primary costs involved in cooperative membership. The membership cost is a one-time payment for the purchase of a membership share in the cooperative. As a member, you will earn annual equity on this amount. Members are also responsible for monthly carrying charges that include the mortgage payment, real estate taxes, operating expenses, professional management, operating and replacement reserves, and building maintenance. Cost for the unis is based on square footage.
